SHIPPING POLICY
You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail and tracking number once your order has shipped.
Once items leave our warehouse, the carrier is responsible for lost or damaged packages. We are not able to expedite delivery or change addresses once the item is in the hands of the carrier.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES
--- Standard via USPS First Class Mail (4-7 Business Days): FREE
International Shipping (Outside the US)
All international orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited service (5-10 Business Days). We use UPS calculated rates for the shipping cost. The customer is responsible for any customs/duties fees required for international orders.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. We do not allow returns, exchanges, or refunds due to sanitary reasons and the custom, handmade nature of our items.
